Marriage and Family
We can provide marriage and family teaching for you, your staff, or your church community in order to bring lift to this area of your church demographic.

Ministry Mentorship and Personal Calling Development
If you know that you have been called to ministry, but ministry itself has become more of a burden than a blessing - we want to help! We know that God's yoke is easy and his burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Let us mentor you back to where you can find joy in ministry again!

Leadership Training
Based on strong self-assessment questions and our experience, we can provide personal coaching for you and your staff (as individuals or as a group.)
OUR FOUNDERS
Gary and Gail Marten married in 1985 in a small town in Central Illinois and currently live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After some rocky experiences in ministry, followed by restoration, God allowed this upstanding couple to step down from full-time ministry and return to Oklahoma. After two decades in full-time ministry in Illinois, they each settled into successful careers in Tulsa. As they approach retirement age, both feel called to invest their retirement years into the kingdom. Their purpose is to encourage those in ministry of small churches and organizations as they guide others toward a RESET of the JOY in their ministry calling.

Kelly and I are so excited to introduce to you our friends and co-laborers in Christ, Gary and Gail Marten. Having served on pastoral teams, they have a unique vantage point of ministry in both leadership and laity and carry a God-given passion to minister to those who minister. Kelly and I are filled with faith and expectancy for how God will use them to refresh, inspire and encourage you!
